Installation & Commissioning
Our engineers have many years' experience in the installation, commissioning and programming of telephone systems. All of them have been trained to the highest level possivble, by the manufacturer of the system to be installed.
We not only provide this service for our own customers, but also for a network of 'dealer-partners' and for the manufacturers of the systems.
We will appoint one engineer to over-see the installation from the initial meeting with you, to the system go-live day, when he will be in attendance. He will advise you on the best position for the sytem, and go through with you how you want the system to be programmed. He will be able to give you invaluable advice on what can expect from the new system and how it can work best for you.
On go-live day, he will be at your premises to adjust the programming should this be necessary, and make sure that all goes well. He will return for one more visit, usually one or two weeks after this date, to 'fine tune' the programming once again. If you also have your maintenance contract with us, we will endeavour to make sure that this engineer is the preferred person to answer any fault calls that you have, as he will have first-hand knowledge of your system.
