KVD Europe Ltd have been providing maintenance cover for telephone systems for more than two years. Prior to this our expertise lay in the insatallation and commissioning of various systems on the market with particular reference to the Inter-tel Axxess digital system. We have provided this service to the manufacturer and other dealer-partners for over five years, as well as to our customers, and this has given us an in-depth knowledge of the capabilities of the system, as well as the problems that may arise. This knowledge has been invaluable in diagnosing and rectifying faults that occur in the day to day running of the system, for our customers with maintenance contracts. We have recently increased the range of systems that we maintain to include the new Avaya Alchemy.
We can provide varying levels of cover to suit your company's requirements, including tailor-made contracts.
Once you have chosen the level of cover most appropriate for your company you can then chose the level of response that most closely meets your needs.
If a visit to your premises is the only way to correct the problem, one of our Technical Engineers will be on-site within the specified time on your maintenance contract.
Many of our customers's problems can be dealt with quickly and efficiently over the telephone.If this proves not to be the case, then a Technical Engineer will dial into your system and do his best to rectify your fault remotely.
