Should you require this service, we can oversee the installation of your telephone system, together with any other elements that you feel are relevant. We have many years experiencing in liasing with BT and other line providers on our customer's behalf, and can usually get the job done quicker for you. We will also liaise with electrical and building contractors on your behalf, and attend site meetings as necessary.
If any of the line providers that you use need technical information, we are more than happy to talk to them for you and provide you with one point of contact. Sometimes it is just the huge volume of calls that need to be made during a project, which is daunting, as well as extremely time consuming, and we can help with this.
Example:
Customer A was moving into  a new building, which we were cabling with Category 5 cables and then we were to move their existing telephone system to the new premises. The cables went from floor to floor via a riser, and this was sealed with a firebreak to prevent fire hazards. We arranged for an expert in this field to open the riser, allow us to lay the cables, and then seal it behind us, enabling our customer to conform to the fire regulations in the building with no 'hassle' on their part. We arranged the installation of the ISDN lines and extra analogue line with BT, to coincide with their move, allowing a reasonable margin for error in the installation of these new lines, and everything proceeded on time. Our close contact with the electrical and building contractors speeded up the processes and helped streamline the move.
