System Management
If yours is the type of business where you can anticipate having a large number of programming changes to make, on an ongoing basis, then it would be profitable for you to consider a Management Contract.
Typically, the sorts of companies that need this form of contract include, Business Centres, Call Centres and Campus Working environments, although any of our customers can request programming changes on a one-off basis and be charged accordingly.
An example of what is included in these contracts would be:
a.
all minor remote programming changes i.e. name changes, DDI changes etc... (estimated to take no longer than thirty minutes).
b.
A scheduled visit to site, possibly once every two weeks or once a month, to make any more extensive changes you require (hunt group programming, system housekeeping etc.) Many of our customers use these visits for departmental relocations and major influx of personnel, and we have also found that they can pre-empt system faults occurring by identifying possible problems before they become generally apparent.
One of the benefits from having your maintenance contract and management contract with the same company is having one point of contact when you have problems. Any changes made to your telephone system will have been made by us, and we will be solely responsible. Our engineers will already be familiar with your company, your personnel and the way that your telephone system works for you. This means a speedier resolution to any faults that occur and less disruption to your business.
